Seriously so excited about them. They were expensive, but they’re so colorful! And they work! Yes, I am a total loser, but I write so so so much every day and there’s really nothing more frustrating than when a pen doesn’t work. Nala appreciated them too!

I had some extra spaghetti sauce so I decided to share with the little girls. The fatties started FREAKING OUT and pulling at my finger and then once they licked it all they’d chase me around until I gave them a little more. And they made a huge mess! NOMMMMZzzzzZ

Jacob giving Thor what we like to call “force kisses,” which basically means Jacob grabbing a rat and giving it a big kiss right on the mouth several times, while the rat simply is held and pretends to enjoy it. Though after the third kiss, they typically put their hands over Jacob’s lips and are like “stooppppp go awayyyyy!” and it’s absolutely hilarious. Tell him, boys! Sometimes I think Jacob needs more affection from them than they need from him!

They did this for about 15 minutes, just running around my bed and then coming back and sitting in front of the book or biting at the edges of pages. Definitely enough cuteness to make me not want to read, haha!

Hahaha just rediscovered this rather embarrassing picture of Jasmine and I after the insane ear-piercing episode. I’m not sure if I ever blogged about that! Let’s do so. So one day I was doing homework and letting Jasmine and Nala run all over me as always and then Jasmine was being super sweet so I skyped Jacob so he could see how cute she was being. And as sooooon as I put that video on, she started sniffing around my ear and then all of a sudden she bit and pierced my ear all the way through. Shit was painful, seriously. So I freaked out and started bleeding everywhere and it was just ridiculous haha. Jacob was on skype like WTF IS GOING ON. And after that point it seemed like Jasmine had an unending interest in my ears so I had to begin to wear protective ear-covering gear so as to not get bit again! However about 3 days later, Jasmine managed to get through the hat and bit my other ear. Thankfully it didn’t pierce though. :) Eventually she broke out of this habit; I guess maybe she figured out that it hurts me?! Haha. But yeah I just thought this picture was hilarious and thought I should share. :)

Sweet little Raven darling let me hold him for about 15 minutes today! He just laid on my lap and let me pet him. He’s still a little shy when it comes to being grabbed out of the cage- I guess my hands are still pretty intimidating- but he really seems to be learning to trust me. He started to shut his eyes and get comfortable and I was so happy. Then all of a sudden, he peed allll over my leg. Seriously gigantic puddle. Maybe he got just a tad too comfortable when I was petting him? Haha ;) It’s okay. He’s still wonderful.
